In order to increase its competitiveness, TRIMETRIK Ltd. has received 857.43 million HUF non-refundable EU funding under the "Hungarian Multi Program - Support for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with outstanding performance and significant growth potential", in the tender "Establishment of a modern plastic components production plant integrating cutting-edge technologies (Industry 4.0, robotics, sensor technology) to strengthen its supplier position and increase its competitiveness". The project is supported by the European Union and co-financed by the European Regional and Structural Funds.

TRIMETRIK Ltd., as a Hungarian-owned supplier company, aims to double its market share within 5 years, both in the domestic market and in international, especially European markets, and to enter new industries where its technical knowledge and product innovation experience can add significant value. Thanks to the Hungarian Multi Programme, with the help of 857.43 million HUF EU funding, we aim to implement a complex investment project for a new central production plant of more than 5600 sqm, incorporating cutting-edge technologies, in the Alba Industrial and Commercial Zone supported by the Hungarian Government. To partially cover the power supply of the new factory to be built, 323KW solar panels will be installed.

In addition, modern production equipment such as DOOSAN LYNX 2100LSYA – counter spindle CNC lathe with Y-axis, TAYU TY-400 will be purchased. 2R vertical injection moulding machine, MCV 1270 SPRINT vertical machining centre, MORETTO RC40DA cooling system, DispoMAT sectional paternoster and Haas UMC-500 CNC machining centre, which will be installed in the company’s current factory in Székesfehérvár, Csucskai út.

Finally, the project aims to create and research and develop new plastic components for the rail vehicle industry in the framework of M2P (metal-to-plastic), which will later provide significant added value for our international automotive customers.

The project is implemented under the Széchenyi Terv Plusz programme.

The expected completion date of the project is 23.08.2024.

TRIMETRIK Kft. has received a conditional grant of HUF 857.43 million from the European Union to strengthen its supplier position and increase its competitiveness by leaps and bounds, in the title “Establishment of a factory integrating cutting-edge technologies (Industry 4.0, robotics, sensor technology) for the production of modern plastic components”, under the “Hungarian Multi Programme – Support for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with outstanding performance and significant growth potential”. The project was supported by the European Union and co-financed by the European Regional and Structural Funds.

TRIMETRIK Ltd., as a domestically owned supplier company, aims to double its market share within 5 years, both on the domestic market and on international, especially European markets, and to enter new industries where its technical knowledge and product innovation experience can bring significant added value. Thanks to the Hungarian Multi Programme, a complex investment project has been implemented with the help of an EU grant of HUF 857.43 million, which has resulted in the construction of a new central production plant of more than 6378 sqm, incorporating cutting-edge technologies, in the Alba Industrial and Commercial Zone supported by the Hungarian Government. 323KW solar panels were installed to partially cover the power supply of the new factory.

In addition, state-of-the-art production equipment such as 1 to 1 DOOSAN LYNX 2100LSYA – counter-rotating Y-axis CNC lathe, MCV 1270 SPRINT vertical machining centre, MORETTO RC40DA cooling system, DispoMAT sectional paternoster and Haas UMC-500 CNC machining centre were purchased.

Finally, the project’s R&D activities have resulted in the creation of new plastic, rail vehicle components in the M2P (metal-to-plastic) framework, which will subsequently provide significant added value to their international automotive customers.

The project was implemented under the Széchenyi Plan Plus programme.
