The project is funded by the European Union and co-financed by the European Regional and Structural Funds.

The aim of Trimetrik Ltd. was to expand the capacity and develop the quality of tooling and plastic injection molding technology. The following production equipment have been purchased: LDPE injection moulding machine, Arburg injection moulding machine, round table product collector, Tria Granulator, temperature control unit, 2pcs Fasti Koch dryer, 2pcs MORETTO dryer, 5pcs Wittmann Angus picker, 2pcs eDesign linear robot, granulate moisture meter, 6-channel six-channel external hot runner controller, precision angle clamp with ball mounting in our injection moulding plant and the purchase of an EDM machine, 3D machining center, laser welding machine, ultrasonic polisher in our toolshop. In the scope of this investment, Trimetrik Ltd. has procured 4 pcs of the most modern dry air dryers suitable for drying engineering plastics up to 140 ° C. Using these dryers, approx. 35 tons of plastic can be processed. The purchase of a tool temperature control unit has also been realized, which can temper the manufacturing tool up to 160 °C and enables the processing of high-tech raw materials (PEI, PAA, PEEK). In addition, our company has acquired a slow-running recycling granulator which enables the recycling of residual materials. We have also purchased a state-of-the-art EDM machine for electrically generated spark discharge in a working range of 650 x 450 x 400 (mm). With its magnetic motor drive, it represents the most modern level in its class.

Planned date of completion: 30.11.2016.
